I always have a pleasant visit at CVS. The pharmacy team always explains a new medication to me and will always if I have any questions. I also like the fact that if you have to leave a question regarding a something, the CVS team will call me back within 10 minutes. They keep me informed if my medicine is out of stock and when it will be in. They are very helpful and friendly.
We previously used the CVS in Landrum, but because it was out of our way and inconvenient, we switched to the CVS in Travelers Rest. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a big mistake. The staff at this location is consistently rude and unpersonable. This is especially disappointing and frustrating considering I have a son who is a quadriplegic, and I am in this pharmacy at least twice a week for his medications.
