I’ve used this CVS pharmacy for some time, but my recent experience trying to fill a Zepbound prescription was extremely frustrating. The prescription took approximately two weeks to get resolved, and throughout the process I received confusing information about what CVS, my doctor, and UnitedHealthcare needed to do.
