This is extremely unprofessional at this pharmacy. I think if they got rid of the pharmacist that lied to me, had me drive almost an hour to get my prescription I needed, just to turn around and tell me that it needed to be released from another pharmacy and that was a quick call I made and they informed me it would be done within 5 minutes usually. When I am at the store it is find. But trying to reach anyone by phone is living hell. Know matter the time I never able to speak to anyone always put into VM, and no one ever calls me back.
Had what I needed when no one else had the medicine.
Poor Service. Associate hung up on me. I got help at Walmart. The lady at Walmart was nice helpful and understanding. And Walmart was able to fill my prescription that cvs couldn’t wouldn’t or just didn’t care enough to help.
