When they’re good they’re good, but a temp pharmacist (Allen) who barely speaks English and who has no idea what he’s doing, and the pharmacy manager (Rodrigo?) failed to order a crucial pain medication that I need, and it won’t come until the day I leave to go cross-country to get surgery. They’re such unserious people and bad at their jobs to let this happen, and Allen does not know how to order meds in advance, and his manager failed to do so in advance, even though it was called in a week ago. Pharmacy at this CVS is one of the worst! Customer service no good and I was told my prescription would be ready on certain day and by 6 pm on that day still didn’t have it.
Limited staff. The pharmacy had staffing problems when the store initially opened, but now I think things have normalized.
Everytime I go this CVS Pharmacy the fantastic staff are extremely helpful and make me feel welcome. The best pharmacy in the area and with a drive through!
