CVS is an excellent pharmacy and general store that caters to my pharmacy needs and other shopping requirements.

My Review is for Lucy, the amazing Pharmacist at the Buellton, CA, CVS. Lucy always takes the time to help in anyway she can. She will help out at the pharmacy counter to assist the customers pick-up their prescriptions when the line gets to long. She is always available for a consultation about a new medication and/or a question about an existing one. She offers to follow-up with my doctor regarding a prior Authorization, and anything else required, and she personally returns my voice messages on the cvs phone line, as well... read more
I had to have my prescription moved from the Solvang store to the Buellton store because of store hours in Solvang as I was working out of town and wouldn't get home in time to pick up from Solvang. They took good care in solving this issue. Great work !
The pharmacist, named Andrew, (I believe) was very very rude to me after I explained to him that I was missing 2 out of the 3 bottles of my prescription. He all but called me a liar as he stood there glaring at me INSISTING that I took all 3 bottles home! He presented to me a photo of 3 bottles sitting on a countertop. I told him that THAT wasn’t at ALL proof of me taking them home! He said he would refill the prescription if I paid full price!
