I am from a provider's ofice and the tech was rude and hung up on me while I was talking. This must me corrected.
Everyone is friendly and helpful
Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and customer service demonstrated was unacceptable. Due to the disrespectful nature of the interaction, I will be reporting this experience to corporate management.
They need to make sure there is someone servicing the drive thru when it's open.
