The pharmacy has a new automation system for checking on prescriptions. If you call in to check the status for someone else’s prescription, it tries to pull the account based on the number you call in from. After failing several times it sends you to a voicemail for you to leave a message. Completely inconvenient and time consuming to check on a prescription. Now I have to drive there to talk to someone then wait for the prescription to be ready. Absolutely insane.
I love c v s.It is way better than the box stores, just think about how much time you have to park at walmart costco or sam's.And then spend an hour to walk across the parking lot, get in and out and get back home.It could be an hour to an hour and a half.Even if you only live ten minutes away.
