I had the pleasure to be helped by Gabriela and she was really polite and answered any question I had. I thank these people for their patience since the person in front of me was really rude and it didn't seem to throw her off her game.
This morning, I went to get vaccinated with my husband and had a really unpleasant experience. Just before giving the injection, a female employee who looked like an Indian asked my husband unpleasantly if he could pay for the injection, and when he said yes, she told him to come out to pay as soon as he was given. After payment, I came back in, vaccinated myself, and went out again to pay for expenses. So kind at this CVS, Deepali was so patient and helped me transfer a prescription to the pharmacy so I could pick it up the same day, and Jeramy was very helpful with the whole process and i’m very grateful for the quick pick up.
Pharmacy rep was the most unhelpful person I’ve encountered. If they don’t want to work there, why hire them? Guy working 3pm shift must be retrained.
They are way understaffed. Its not their fault, its CVS'.
