So kind at this CVS, Deepali was so patient and helped me transfer a prescription to the pharmacy so I could pick it up the same day, and Jeramy was very helpful with the whole process and i’m very grateful for the quick pick up.
Pharmacy rep was the most unhelpful person I’ve encountered. If they don’t want to work there, why hire them? Guy working 3pm shift must be retrained.
They are way understaffed. Its not their fault, its CVS'.
I'm sorry but chainretail pharmacy can never be more than 4* but that's totally not due to the efforts of the staff. They work SO hard to make a thousand things happen for the customers, but they are just clearly understaffed and have to deal with the bull that pervades all American health care. They do a GREAT job given the circumstances.
