Very small pharmacy with minimal staff. Service is extremely slow and takes forever. Plan accordingly!
I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received at CVS Pharmacy location at 2004 El Camino Real. I specifically want to commend Camila, who is perhaps the most helpful person. The entire team was incredibly kind and supportive during a stressful situation when my insurance declined a medication costing $880. Thanks to their help in finding and applying a coupon to my total, I was able to afford my prescription. Helpful and friendly staff.
I was helped today in the front by one of the employees called Gabriella. One of the nicest people I have ever interacted with, answered some questions I had and had me on my way. I would definitely come back to this location, not sure what the other reviews are talking about. Take them for a grain of salt.
