Store is always clean and well stocked. Staff are friendly and happy to assist. We love this store!
Very helpful staff at drive through pharmacy. The young male pharmacy tech that assisted me was friendly, and took a little extra time to help solve an issue that saved me $150 on prescriptions for which I pay out of pocket. He initiated the resolution on his own, and that's why I will keep using this location. I really wished I had gotten his name, but to the tall, white gentleman, great customer service.
Service at CVS has really gone down-hill. The pharmacy staff is rude, unhelpful and their phone system will not allow customers to speak directly with staff. It is extremely inefficient and annoying to navigate - especially if you happen to miss their call back and have to start the process over. I have moved all my prescriptions to Walmart pharmacy and couldn’t be happier.
CVS on Cleveland street in Elyria’s does a great job with customers! Super helpful and friendly.
