This is probably the best CVS Pharmacy in the world. The pharmacist and team are top tier. Recently, I had an issue with my medication where it rang up at x5 time the normal cost. They helped me figure out the cause, spoke to my insurance about it, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Big shout-out to Rob!
I get all my scripts at this pharmacy but I need to physically talk to a pharmacist every month before I refill one of my scripts. It’s now impossible to talk to a live person. You have to leave a Vmail and they call you back at their convenience which may not be convenient for you. This is highly inconvenient and I feel unnecessary. There needs to be a way to get a hold of a live person in the pharmacy. Customer svc used to be great here but now it’s just inconvenient
I wanted to to extend my appreciation and gratitude to the team and 2 pharmacists at the CVS Pharmacy in Westlake, TX. This pharmacy and team have been a critical part of my long-term care as I have undergone 3 spine services and multiple complications. Pharmacist Jeslie Kessenich has proactively contacted my Orthopedic Surgeon, Pain Management Physician, and PCP with a critical focus and vigilance about drug interactions given my complex medical history.
