The people at the pharmacy have been ok. The issues I have are the phone system has told me my medication is in stock several times. So I have it sent over only for the pharmacy to call me later saying it is not in stock. It’s a medication that you can’t really miss and that’s happened several times. By the time you get it canceled, find it elsewhere and have it sent somewhere different the day is over. That causes you to go without. Worst CVS around, worst customer service, very unprofessional and just plain bad. Don’t go there!
Great service with a smile.
Worst experience of my life. Store a mess with gray totes everywhere. Pharmacist was rude. Manager avoided speaking to me. All cause the couldn't do their job and process the correct insurance information.
