I had a great experience at CVS thanks to Ms. Diedra Shady. I walked in feeling a bit frazzled, and she immediately brought a calm, reassuring presence to the interaction. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the technical procedures clearly and attentively, which made the entire process feel much easier to navigate. This is a new one, posted 12/16/25. Once again rude and incompetent service. Poor communication to the customer and remarkable inefficiency. I do have a suggestion for improvement, but have no idea where to send it. Today was definitive. I am removing my prescription from CVS.
