In a world driven by efficiency they have lost the plot. They are inept, inefficient and lack any sense of urgency. My provider called in my rx twice (over 12 hours apart) before they took it into the system. Then proceeded to tell me i didn’t have an rx waiting after they sent me a text message saying my rx was finally ready to pick up. I waited in line over 20 min with only one person in front of me on top of it. Will be finding any other pharmacy
