Absolute worst customer service from any pharmacy I have ever been to. Just got off the phone with Corporate, hopefully they will do something, but I will no longer be going to this location.
One of two drive thru pharmacies in Altavista VA it’s a crappy pharmacy since before Covid his. I blame corporate management for the downhill. For sometime the landscaping don’t get done. Old merchandise out of date.
The service person at the drive thru window immediately contacted my dr when I told her I would run out the next day. My refill was ready just a couple hours later
