Short version I had a pharmacist threat to not fill my medicine and was accused of being argumentative. I got 3 different answers in 2 days so I was only going by what my insurance company said. I was not trying to argue I was trying to explain why I'm calling but when the other person insists on talking over you obviously your tone changes. It was uncalled for, unnecessary and Unprofessional. Remedial customer service should be implemented. You don't threaten a client with their meds regardless of how many times they call. ... read more
