Stop sending me the damn text messages about prescription refills that I didn’t ask for!! I hate your AI and your damn automated computer systems!! Your upper level management is brainless and clueless to understand that customers hate your AI systems! I hate your AI computer system to try and reach someone in the pharmacy. Pharmacist, A. Patel was and always is super helpful and friendly. He doesn't feel like the other pharmacy employees will help me and that he can't be bothered. No, he will leave his station and come ring me up in store or the drive thru window. He ACTUALLY cares!

It is useless to call. You are given an AI to talk to which doesn't help you at all, wouldn't understand anything I was trying to say. It took forever to have it ask me if I'd like to speak to a pharmacist only for it to tell me to leave a message?? Not speaking WITH a pharmacist. I was trying to get a prescription for my brother refilled and it was useless and only has wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and find a new pharmacy that will actually take time to talk to their customers instead off loading it on unreliable AI.
