Just had a very unsatisfactory experience with a CVS Rx pick up. I started yesterday to cue up a streamlined pick up. First the website didn’t work to request the prescriptions to be filled, then the online AI assistant appeared and found all 4 Rx’s but failed to work to request them to be filled. Next, I called CVS and left the requisite msg to return my call, but they never called back. It took 4 visits, almost a week and a half, plus several hours wasted to get our meds. The last visit they said it would only take another 15-20 minutes to finish the prescriptions. We were in the store waiting over an hour. Plus the prices are higher! We are removing all prescriptions from this Pharmacy. The service is CONSISTENTLY pathetic. Even had their pharmacist rudely yell at me over the phone for literally no fault of mine. Plus I could barely understand the Pharmacists English! We do still speak English in the USA..... read more
