I hate your AI computer system to try and reach someone in the pharmacy. I battled with that damn thing for five minutes going round and round through different prompts to try and reach somebody and finally had to call back and tell someone at the front of the store to transfer me to the pharmacy.
To many customers not many workers
It is useless to call. You are given an AI to talk to which doesn't help you at all, wouldn't understand anything I was trying to say. It took forever to have it ask me if I'd like to speak to a pharmacist only for it to tell me to leave a message?? Not speaking WITH a pharmacist. I was trying to get a prescription for my brother refilled and it was useless and only has wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and find a new pharmacy that will actually take time to talk to their customers instead off loading it on unreliable AI.
Do not call and expect to talk with anyone in the pharmacy. They have Ai to fully inconvience you. You will be better off going there and speaking in person. A major waste of your precious time.
Just had a very unsatisfactory experience with a CVS Rx pick up. I started yesterday to cue up a streamlined pick up. First the website didn’t work to request the prescriptions to be filled, then the online AI assistant appeared and found all 4 Rx’s but failed to work to request them to be filled. Next, I called CVS and left the requisite msg to return my call, but they never called back.
