I went there today to pick up some medicine. There was some complication because of my insurance not being on file. A team member was extremely helpful in helping me update my insurance and providing me information patiently. Another team member helped me extensively figure out my pending vaccinations. Big thanks to them :)
The store manager came behind the counter in the pharmacy. And try to create a Karen moment with a customer behind me over 300 pounds. So the guy could interfere in my prescription, pick up and do harm to me. I have a video and audio, and your video shows everything. But mine picks up the audio I have post-traumatic stress disorder, and he put me in a dangerous situation, I need someone to call me.
CVS #5148 has excellent pharmacy staff, the store also is very well stocked. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The pharmacists are the best.
