If I could no stars, I would. Customer service in the pharmacy department is lacking tremendously. This is my second experience of the pharmacy staff just being rude, for no reason. One in particular, seems to be extremely petty and unnecessarily disrespectful. Not sure if she is intentionally making me feel horrible because I made a store call and complained about her lack of customer service skills last month. As a pensioner I had the most shocking experience with CSHR#1249650 REG#14 on 16th March. She was loud, rude, disrespectful and obnoxious and addressed and spoke - I should say shout -to me as if I was inferior to her. Interrupted my discussion with the pharmacist and the "fact that there were other onlookers, did not spot her tyranny at all - as if it "spurred" her on to make a point. The entire staff seems unhappy and continually have an attitude when having to answer any follow up questions after being told the insurances portals were down. I understand they can’t control that, but they certainly can control their reaction when I am asking them to explain my options.
