The Pharmacist was helpful and I was extremely glad when he asked if I wanted to wait for my prescription and I immediately said yes. That was very convenient for me.
Prescription was ready on time and friendly staff.
Very inconvenient to have the pharmacy closed in the afternoon.
If I could no stars, I would. Customer service in the pharmacy department is lacking tremendously. This is my second experience of the pharmacy staff just being rude, for no reason. One in particular, seems to be extremely petty and unnecessarily disrespectful. Not sure if she is intentionally making me feel horrible because I made a store call and complained about her lack of customer service skills last month. As a pensioner I had the most shocking experience with CSHR#1249650 REG#14 on 16th March. She was loud, rude, disrespectful and obnoxious and addressed and spoke - I should say shout -to me as if I was inferior to her. Interrupted my discussion with the pharmacist and the "fact that there were other onlookers, did not spot her tyranny at all - as if it "spurred" her on to make a point.
