As a pensioner I had the most shocking experience with CSHR#1249650 REG#14 on 16th March. She was loud, rude, disrespectful and obnoxious and addressed and spoke - I should say shout -to me as if I was inferior to her. Interrupted my discussion with the pharmacist and the "fact that there were other onlookers, did not spot her tyranny at all - as if it "spurred" her on to make a point. Staff ism always courteous and efficient.
The entire staff seems unhappy and continually have an attitude when having to answer any follow up questions after being told the insurances portals were down. I understand they can’t control that, but they certainly can control their reaction when I am asking them to explain my options.
Very professional and always so very nice.
