I came to this CVS pharmacy at 8:37 PM while they were still open to fill a prescription for a common antibiotic. The staff initially told me I needed to go somewhere else because they were “closing “ and can’t fill it tonight even though the pharmacy was still open. When I asked to speak to a manager, the pharmacist then looked at my prescription and suddenly said the medication was “out of stock.” The explanation changed only after I asked for a manager, which felt dishonest and dismissive.
