CVS has definitely upgraded the pharmacy experience with improvements to their online app and improved customer service. Wait time has been reduced significantly. ThankYou CVS, keep up the exceptional service and upgrades.
CVS plays a really dirty trick on people. They put a large sign on their items saying things like five dollars off then when you get to the register, they point out the very small print says you have to buy more than you want. Turns out you don’t really get that much off. It’s a very dirty trick and I feel it’s deceptive advertising next time. I see a five dollar sign. I won’t even look at the item.
CVS has gotten TOO big...the executives do not know what they are doing except for making lots of money on the backs of their employees and the public. My experience at the CVS Pharmacy on Cliff Drive in Santa Barbara, and all my interactions with CVS, especially their app has been terrible. My wonderful pharmacist and staff from Rite Aid went to CVS and they look miserable...I struggle to get my Rxs, from entering and re-entering information in the app, to going to get the Rx when THEY say it is ready only to learn is in NO... read more
