This review is specifically for the company - CVS - not the employees. CVS, in general, is incredibly frustrating. Their app is terrible and frequently doesn’t work properly ( NOT ALLOWING YOU TO LOG IN). Trying to reach an actual person at the store means navigating their automated phone system, which can feel like a trip straight from hell. And the pharmacy? Every. Single. Time. This review is directed toward 1 employee at this particular CVS Pharmacy. I am taking this opportunity to recognize the Lead Pharmacist, Krystal, for her outstanding service. The Pharmacist Krystal always goes above and beyond the expectations. Despite being short-staffed at times, "Pharmacist Krystal" always delivers top-notch service! She's prompt with getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. She acknowledges customers as they approach the window. The pharmacist cares and follows up. They finally have a standard time the pharmacist is at lunch. 1:30-2:00. DO NOT try to pick up your prescriptions during that time! The parking is terrible but I usually try to ride my bike to there.
This is twice now I'm a veteran, my bills are paid through TriWest or community Care. Somehow the pharmacist said that provider was not covered, made me pay for the prescription, said it wasn't covered ..and it IS covered and I'm so disgusted with you guys. YOU SUCK DYLAN. I PUT MY LIFE ON THE LINE FOR YOU. AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY ME. SHAME SHAME SHAME
Some of the pharmacists are really nice. Several of them are extremely rude. You just never know which one you're going to get and what kind of attitude they're going to have.
