The pharmacist cares and follows up. They finally have a standard time the pharmacist is at lunch. 1:30-2:00. DO NOT try to pick up your prescriptions during that time! The parking is terrible but I usually try to ride my bike to there.
This is twice now I'm a veteran, my bills are paid through TriWest or community Care. Somehow the pharmacist said that provider was not covered, made me pay for the prescription, said it wasn't covered ..and it IS covered and I'm so disgusted with you guys. YOU SUCK DYLAN. I PUT MY LIFE ON THE LINE FOR YOU. AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY ME. SHAME SHAME SHAME
Some of the pharmacists are really nice. Several of them are extremely rude. You just never know which one you're going to get and what kind of attitude they're going to have.
Best Pharmacist around! The problem is they only have one pharmacist on shift at a time so never go mid day to the pharmacy, there may not be a pharmacist on shift due to lunch hour. Also very limited parking.
This store is really clean. It was very easy to find everything I needed. Arturo has great customer service. He greeted me with a smile and helped answer all the questions I had. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Arturo for making my experience at this store a good one.
