Due to my own fault for not looking at the 2 prescriptions I paid for, there was one I don't use anymore. From the car I called the pharmacy and asked if I could return it, and was told once it leaves the store they would not accept it back. It was still in the original bag and container (cost $50.00) I asked them to take it off my list which they said they woulkd, but I'm out $50.00. Doesn't seem right!
Fast and friendly service in the pharmacy and any kind of help you can get to try to get you your prescriptions at the best price. They are on your side.
Heather, at the CVS Union Avenue location, is so very pleasant and helpful at all times. Some of the newer staff members are quite pleasant too. The pharmacy always stresses customer service
Rec'd our COVID-19 vaccine. Easy scheduling. We did not encounter any issues and the pharmacist was very kind and helpful with several questions I had about other vaccines.
Our second attempt to pick up our Rx. It would be helpful if instead of posting that the pharmacy s open, that the site reflects the truth. Pharmacy was closed one day during the week w/no explanation. A wasted trip earlier. Got our Rx. Thankful!
