Arrived at CVS Pharmacy about 10 minutes after their posted opening time to pick up a prescription that was already filled. The staff was there but refused to open because the pharmacist hadn’t arrived. They acknowledged that picking up filled prescriptions should be possible—but then said it would take two hours to open anyway. This is something that could have been handled before opening time, or at minimum clearly communicated to customers.
