Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. I have been putting up with the same attitude from this employee for over a year: cold, rude, never greets customers, and clearly shows little willingness to help. His attitude makes customers feel like a burden rather than people who deserve basic courtesy and respect. Today was the last straw. I don't know if he treats everyone this way or if there is another reason, but this behavior is completely unacceptable. CVS should seriously address the way this employee treats customers.

I find the pharmacy staff to almost deliberately move slow, especially ignoring people at the drive thru for as much as 10 minutes before coming out. They also do not clean those monitors they want you to check in on to pick up your RX. They offer no wipes or hand sanitizer yet everyone must touch this horribly dirty machines to get their RX at a place sick people are coming to pick up medication. Pharmacy employees are very dismissive and not helpful. The computer sign in is supposed to make checkout quicker, but you end up standing there for a long time before anyone comes over to check what’s being picked up. And would it kill them to smile and be pleasant?
