I had a simple question regarding my prescription price and transfer. The pharmacist responded in a rude and dismissive manner, which made the experience very unpleasant. I would appreciate more professional and respectful customer service.
Unfortunately my experience was awful. I had gone on to the Clarksville, MD CVS to refill an antibiotic prescription due to pain from an abscess. When I got there I was told there were no refills even though the Dr had told me there were 2 refills when she wrote the prescription. I indicated I’m sure there were refills, but it looks like the data was incorrectly entered into the CVS system. I asked if the they could check. Wonderful experience. The pharmacist, Kirsten, who administered our vaccines, was great. And she’s really cute.
The gentleman who administered the vaccinations for me and my husband was awesome and very customer-focused. He answered all our questions and ensured our paperwork was complete and accurate.
