I had a simple question regarding my prescription price and transfer. The pharmacist responded in a rude and dismissive manner, which made the experience very unpleasant. I would appreciate more professional and respectful customer service.
Unfortunately my experience was awful. I had gone on to the Clarksville, MD CVS to refill an antibiotic prescription due to pain from an abscess. When I got there I was told there were no refills even though the Dr had told me there were 2 refills when she wrote the prescription. I indicated I’m sure there were refills, but it looks like the data was incorrectly entered into the CVS system. I asked if the they could check.
