I have never encountered such a group of uncaring, uninterested group of people such as those at the Pharmacy.
I don’t understand why someone would work as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician at CVS if they clearly don’t like their job or treat customers in an inhumane way. Waiting 40 minutes while being treated with no care or respect is frustrating, especially when people are coming in for important medications and help. If you truly dislike working with patients, maybe it’s time to consider a different career path. Patients deserve professionalism, empathy, and basic human kindness.
Customer service and overall experience very poor.
I pickup medication there for my wife regularly and we have a card on file.. It always works isnt expired etc. etc "Alex" doesn't see her card and immediately asks me "if I would like to come back?" how rude. I said no one is here and I'd like to find the card on file. After trying to convince me for 10 minutes that I dont have a card on file another employee admit that the CVS system looses the credit card numbers all the time. What?
