The customer service sucks, they are not communicative some of the time and don't explain what they need from you. Especially with the "NEW" type in system. I don't like the fact that we have to type in our information for everybody behind us to see you on the big screen. That feels like an invasion of privacy. Often times my doctor will send in prescriptions, and half the time CVS says they accidentally missed it. Then I have to wait 15-20 minutes standing around in the store until they fill it! Just absurd!
"Muslim" kid behind the counter screams at woman in hijab because she trying to fill a prescription and in his own words "I CANT ANSWER THE PHONES WITH 17 THOUSANDS CUSTOMER". When asked why he is yelling... he said "my bad BRO" to a woman... this is the most disgusting and unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced and who ever that kids parents should be ashamed of that that behavior towards anyone. If you can't handle your job kid.... LEAVE THE JOB. Do not take your frustrations out by yelling at a costomers.
