I would like to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had at your pharmacy. During my visit, I provided my personal information and was asked to wait due to a system shutdown . I was told it would take approximately 30 minutes, which I did. When I returned, I was asked to provide my information again, followed by my insurance details. Man,..forget this place. They said any script that comes you have to wait at least an hour ..and there was noone in line , in the afternoon,..lol. So I left and had doc send them to Walgreens and got them in 5 min. I am alive now because of Walgreens and my docs Im Mexican, and they turned away a brother that was before me, and was telling a white woman to never come back that was in the drop off line lol. And she was trying to make amends. I hope this is not a practice they follow all the time.
