They have a horrendous automated phone system. It's completely useless and infuriating. I don't use this company anymore.
Very friendly and helpful
One of my medications is out of stock. And they dont know when it will be available. So I call around and Express Scripts has it in stock. Great. They said CVS has to call their provider line/help desk and transfer it over. BUT...CVS said they dont have time to do this. Really. Just really. I guess good old customer service is just gone out the window. Im done with CVS. They never answer their phone. You have to wait for them to call you back.
