Very friendly and helpful
One of my medications is out of stock. And they dont know when it will be available. So I call around and Express Scripts has it in stock. Great. They said CVS has to call their provider line/help desk and transfer it over. BUT...CVS said they dont have time to do this. Really. Just really. I guess good old customer service is just gone out the window. Im done with CVS. They never answer their phone. You have to wait for them to call you back. If you head here looking for a typical CVS store you will drive right by it. It’s much smaller and attached to to family practice building. Even so, it’s primarily a pharmacy and not a store. But as a CVS pharmacy it has all the benefits of the chain. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I transferred a prescription here while traveling and as with every other CVS I’ve done this with, they filled it quickly and without any issues. Happy they are in Swansboro!
