I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience at your pharmacy on Sunday, March 1. I arrived at approximately 1:36 PM to pick up a prescription that had been called in by my physician. When I approached the drive-thru, I saw a sign indicating that it was closed, so I went inside the store only to find the pharmacy security gates down with a notice stating that the pharmacy closes daily from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch. I came here for a 50% off sale that was advertised online. I especially checked to make sure the sale was also in stores before going. When I arrived of course the sale wasn’t marked so I asked the manager and she called her manager and they said it was an “online only sale” proof attached in photo that it’s also in stores. I will also be writing the BBB. Do better.
The store is suppose to be 24 hours, Ive gone numerous times and they closed due to lack of staff ... other than that inconvenience its a good store, always fine what im looking for
