This is my regular "go to" pharmacy, however, the experience I had with a pharmacist there, who stepped in for another and rejected every piece of information that I provided for her, including reading back to her the printed information she provided for me from HER computer left me with a "0" patient care centered rating. I had my work ID, the CVS Caremark card sent to me, I had also updated my CVS heath info on the app and had shown her work emails with instructions, all rejected by her.
