Serious lawsuit is heading to this pharmacies direction. I am submitting this complaint to formally document an unacceptable and dangerous failure of care, as well as grossly unprofessional conduct by staff at this location. Both of my children, including my 5.5-month-old infant were diagnosed with influenza and pneumonia, later complicated by RSV and bilateral ear infections.
