I have always been happy with my service at CVS in Middletown and often recommend it to others. However, I am so disappointed in the new kiosks that have been installed for prescription pick up. It takes longer at the counter by typing in information and waiting for a pharmacist. The line backs up at the counter. I am not comfortable touching a screen that someone else has been using. I don't know where the previous customers' hands have been before they touch the screen. With all the issues of viruses, etc. it seems ridicul... read more
