I truly only use this pharmacy because it is the preferred pharmacy for my insurance and an employer. I received text messages saying that I have prescriptions available for pick up. I arrive the next day and only received one of the two prescriptions when I inquired about the second prescription. I was told that there was an issue with my insurance and then a new authorization was needed. Love CVS new interactively efficient screens at checkout!!!!
Kind of shameful and just downright cheap to not have the parking lot or sidewalk plowed and scraped and safe for all the elderly folks that have to come through to get their prescriptions….and you go inside and the heat is turned way down. This CVS is cheap as they get with high mark ups too! Must be going out of business soon or on the verge of it as you can tell they must be hurting to be the only business in the block doing this sort of thing….unsafe for elderly and disabled folks trying to get scripts filled. Very clean and organized and everyone there was kind and helpful. I love CVS
It seems that cvs in Farmville Virginia has changed or updated their system in the pharmacy. This change has slowed down service. Half the time drive thru is closed because of the bottle neck in the system. You have to go inside and stand in a long line! Every time I go inside to pick up meds there are at.least 8 people in front of me! You have to put your information in the system by means of a tablet. Sensitivity to the pressure of a finger typing is not very good. You have to hit the letters on tablet keyboard super hard.... read more
