Unfortunately, this is literally the worst CVS I've ever been to... The store seems to just not be managed properly. The drive thru is frequently closed, which has impacted those I know with mobility issues. However..., when you go inside, it's not much better. I saw an overworked pharmacist that just made me feel terrible..., and the pharmacy area was in absolute disarray. I feel very bad for the staff working in the store. Just want to that the Pharmacist Shelton and the Associate Stephanie for outstanding service. Corporate needs to reward these two employees in an extremely stressful situation. They handled it with grace and ease and even got compliments from people waiting in line. Corporate should value their employees. How Corporate can put three check out terminals up with one Associate is inexplicable to me but I can say that despite the hurtles that Corporate places in front of these two employees, they are up to the challenge. I couldn't add much, other than I'd like to see that some generic, pharmaceutical, manufacturer brands for some meds be more readily available. Otherwise, the staff is always friendly & helpful, courteous, & kind. The store, per se, is also stocked full of readily available & convenient items to go with a top notch pharmacy, not to mention all the good perks & coupons that come with being a "Rewards Pass" member. Again, I couldn't add much more, other than keep up the great work!
I truly only use this pharmacy because it is the preferred pharmacy for my insurance and an employer. I received text messages saying that I have prescriptions available for pick up. I arrive the next day and only received one of the two prescriptions when I inquired about the second prescription. I was told that there was an issue with my insurance and then a new authorization was needed. This was confusing to me as my prescriber redid the entire prescription in February 2026 with a new authorization and requested for it to... read more
