Probably not the staff’s fault, but this pharmacy is an absolute circus of incompetence. Corporate Pharmacies have become an absolute joke.
I love CVS Pharmacy. The staff are professional and helpful and the pharmacy is well stocked.
You can tell they all hate working here and it affects their attitude.
I had been dropped by my insurance recently but accidentally paid with it still on file, but I had an excellent pharmacy tech named Wincy I believe(sorry if I got the spelling wrong) who helped me resolve the issue. I was very appreciative of her service
