Worst customer service ever. Has taken over 3 weeks to fill prescription.
Calling and not being able to speak to someone directly is just stupid, having to leave a voice-mail and never getting called back is the absolute worst way in customer service. Pretending to hear you out, and then straight up ignoring you is a disgusting business practice.
I live in an rv full time and travel around the USA. Currently in Livingston Tx. This location I consider the worse CVS pharmacy I've used and I've used 100's due to my insurance company. I've call 3 times and left messages on 1-13-26, 1-15-26 and 1-16-26. I've yet to get a call back. Screw the cost. I'll call the Dr office and have script of Losartin called in to Walmart across the street.
