I was supposed to have an anti biotic by last night to prevent infection after knee replacement. They indicated I could pick it up last night before 9. It is now 11:30 14 hours later, and you cannot speak to anyone in the pharmacy. I called the front line asking to speak to someone quickly in the pharmacy. Before I could finish my request, they hung up and will not answer. Now running a fever. DO NOT USE.

I worked at cvs and now I’m a patient/customer there, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Went in there to get my daughter prescription for after her surgery and the cashier was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Treated me as if I was some Fien trying to get their fix.. And then proceeded to not let me pick it up for her. When I Was only trying to pick up My daughter’s prescription for her.
