Group of people who seem to care about me. The little things like remembering my name as I step to the counter makes me feel like they are paying attention.
Line to pick up prescriptions was very long and VERY slow. Manager at prescriptions was rude and whiny--people waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up prescriptions. At 1:30 she slammed the window shut saying---we have to eat lunch
