Seems like their new employee are not too happy to help. And don’t know what she’s doing.I don’t blame her cause she still learning how to do things. but at least be nice to your customers. We don’t owe you anything. I usually don’t common negative things cause we’re all people that work in the service industry. But please don’t give attitude to someone who’s nice to you.
Continuation: she told me she didn't have all the pills that were prescribed but she could give me what she had (partial fill) and the doctor would have to send in another prescription for the remaining. I asked them to CALL the doctor and let them know about needing another prescription and she said let me call them to see if they want to resend the script correctly or just fill what I they have now, mind you I've told them I'm in pain and need them now. The issue is that the prescription automatically rolls over every year, and there’s no one who can adjust the price, even when it’s unreasonably high
