Went for a flu shot but they can't accommodate because they don't know how the system works. This location has poor customer service and poor syetem.
The staff are always very kind and helpful.
The automated system is horrible, takes forever to get through the prompts and you never end up talking to anyone. No option to speak to a person. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
