Beatrice is a great pharmacist. I appreciate having someone like her at this store. She wants to know the people in this community she's serving.
First of all, the phone system is a NIGHTMARE. There is no way to call and just talk to anyone at the pharmacy. Secondly, some of my meds just randomly get put on auto refill & I can't get them when I actually need them. This is ridiculous. I'm going to have to drive to the pharmacy to ask 2 questions! FIX YOUR STUPID AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM TO ACTUALLY BE USER FRIENDLY OR GET RID OF IT.
