Harassed by automatic phone calls to pick up a script that was then not ready to be filled by insurance. Poor communication on the issue and dour employee interaction
Medication was not ready as it said it was. Asked for 3 month supply and got 1 month

CVS picked up a pile of customers when a nearby pharmacy closed and even when they were super busy, they handled any issue I had quickly and kindly. I'm really impressed!
