My prescriptions needed approval from my doctor. The CVS staff contacted my doctor, got approval, and notified me the same day. When I picked up the prescriptions, I was given the chance to get my flu shot. I got it within 15 minutes and was given information on possible side effects (had none) and info on any other vaccines I might want. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff!!
Manager just sold me a fake gift card. I paid cash and after I opened the gift card it was a 12 digit fake one and she said she could not do anything about it. Paid cash. Got robbed in daylight. Gave me a number to call and wait for 7-10 business days for a resolution. This was my daughters birthday present that I used cash I saved to purchase online with a gift card. Went to a local CVS. Trusted the CVS brand. I feel robbed.
I am so grateful for the amazing service that I receive from Avita pharmacy. Always been very caring and on timebto send me my medications. Amazing and very helpful and friendly staff.
