Their phone system is absolutely messed up, my RX was ruined in the heat, and I couldnt get a hold of a live person on the phone. The automated system kept telling me it can’t help me. I called over 5 times.
Yousef is one of the most incompetent employees I have ever came across. He kept telling me that there was no refill on file for a medication that can’t be skipped. Told me to go to urgent care to get it. I knew there is a refill, because I could see it in the chart, I asked to speak to a pharmacist and he would not pass the phone continuing to tell me they would tell me the same thing.
