We do not like the new automated sign in at the pharmacy counter. While the counter techs are friendly, having to use that machine to check in to pick up our meds is far from customer service.

Hmmm ... About 2 weeks ago ... I had to quarantine ... I caught that cold/flu bug going around. My Dr., Dr. Sunita, was able to directly communicate with CVS via her computer. I went home. And the next day, I used their drive-thru. I carried disinfect towels in my car, to wipe and cough into ... No NOT AT THE SAME TIME !!! shame on you! Hands down the worst pharmacy in Okeechobee. I had the pleasure of helping to care for my father at the end of his life, and needed different medications almost daily. Every single time I came to cvs there was a problem with picking up his medications. The pharmacists are rude and disrespectful. I'll be happy if I never have to deal with them again. Okeechobee CVS pharmacy has the WORST customer service .
