They made a duplicate google maps location to avoid their horrible reviews from the past and I'm leaving this here until Google Maps fixes it. Yes, I already reported it =] Have a nice day!
The Associates are Amazing
The pharmacist Melanie L. is rude, unprofessional, condescending and will not answer any questions. If you dare ask for clarification she will yell and hang up on you. She will also refuse to fill your prescriptions if you ask too many questions or she feels challenged. She has no empathy and does not care about patients at all. Melanie uses her own personal prejudices to judge and deny patient care and prescriptions.
CVS made it so easy for me to get my vaccines. The staff in Trumbull were very friendly. And there was no wait time. Nice job CVS!!
