Terrible CVS. No selection. Cluttered. All shelves locked in cases. Even toothpaste is locked in a cabinet and that takes several minutes to find an employee to open. Touch screens at pick up counter are unresponsive and slow - meanwhile staff stand behind the counter waiting for you to type on a screen when they could simply talk to you. Awful.

30 minutes late for a flu shot I made an appointment for. Only one person does the flu shots and seems to know the answers to any questions. Very unprofessional
