Why do they close at 8? I walk up to the door to see the employees make eye contact with me, I try to walk in and get told “we’re closed pal” REALLY?! 🤬
CVS had my insurance information on file and was able to pull it up after years of not getting a prescription filled there. They sent a text when it was time to pick up the order, it was a pleasant experience.
Does not care about the customer at all.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CVS IN RICHLANDS VA! The team members have always been helpful, caring and kind. I get excited about every visit and love my coupons. To be honest... I feel they pay me to shop. GO CVS!!!!!!!
