Never got a person on the phone and no indication for when I could refill my prescription! Why isn’t so darn complicated to speak to a live person???
I want to second what Tony Baker said about not being able to get a real person on the phone. They need to take some lessons from Walgreens on getting somebody on the phone. My review concerns these new touch screens at the pharmacy counter. What kind of idiot at corporate dreamed these up? So you have a bunch of sick people coming in touching the same screen while they enter there personal info so the people behind them can see it.
