I was able to obtain a vaccine which was not readily available at most pharmacies.
This CVS Pharmacy stands out as the best I’ve visited in the past decade. The staff here is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with customers. I hope the new kiosk doesn’t reduce the number of staff. The human touch is still essential, and this staff exemplifies it perfectly.
I walked in having noticed in the CVS app that my prescription was being prepared in Chicago instead of Alexandria Old Town. They fixed it and told me there would be a 20min wait. I asked some info about shingle vaccine and they offered to give me the first dose immediately. They solved so many problems in a flash! I walked out with my pills and a vaccine! Thanks CVS!
