I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS location. I was looking for a medication and politely asked for help several times because I couldn’t find it. Instead of helping me, the employees kept making me wait and acted like my request wasn’t important. Eventually, one employee brought me to another employee, and instead of helping, they looked at each other and laughed while I was standing there. This was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. My problems are those of corporate CVS, NOT of the store itself. The people at the store are helpful, but those at Corporate are truly WORTHLESS

The pharmacy tech went above and beyond and she did it with empathy and kindness. She didn’t just brush me off when I asked about my prescription and it was not in the system, she exhausted every possibility that there might be a mistake and looked into my profile to make sure that what she was telling me was correct. She also made a correction by merging my profiles - it turned out there were two! She could have just ignored it and carried on but she took accountability and fixed it. I have never had such a more offensive experience as I walked into the store. I immediately searched for an item that I needed to find that it’s in the cosmetic area and it’s locked away. I pressed the button it makes an overhead announcement young lady in the front tells me that she’s waiting for someone for key. I look one isle over and forward. to see that manager has a key but refuses to come over when I ask her about it as she had looked dead in my face she states she overwhelmed.
