Kate, pharmacy tech was the most wilfully unhelpful person we've ever dealt with in a pharmacy setting. Made an appointment for elderly parents to get Covid boosters (as we've done many times before). Elderly parents show up and are told that Medicare doesn't cover the booster. They leave. I am confused and call Medicare and am told that Medicare covers them. I call to explain to Kate that Medicare does indeed cover them. Pharmacy staff so rude! I was in an accident and had to pick up meds prescribed from the ER. I hear "I don't know why people are coming in on a holiday" as they are getting my stuff prescription ready. I'm so upset. Not going their anymore!
My CVS Pharmacy is great. The people that work there are all decent, caring people performing demanding work, and they do it with a high level of professionalism and care. My pharmacist is wonderful! She always takes a moment to make sure I am getting assistance and understand any new meds or process. The whole team follows her lead in diligence and care!
I have always liked this pharmacy, somewhat friendly staff, convenient, and always calls if I message a question. Today I went to pick up rx's, drive thru window closed for "construction", no big deal. I went into the store, their construction is them updating their system. I was directed to fill in my information on a tablet. The tablet face is a decent size and faces directly at you.
