I'm so unbelievably sick of the front staff at this store. Had a photo order to pickup, waited 10 minutes at the counter with a line forming. Finally we go find the guy who is in one of the aisles on his phone. Saunters over to the counter, where he can't find my order (as usual) and acts like I'm putting him out. Does any CVS even care about it's stores?
When I arrived to pick up my new antidepressant med, they provided that to me as well as the old antidepressant medication. Don't you think this is dangerous? I know that CVS uses pharmacy techs but now I'm wondering if a pharmacist actually checks the scripts before they're released to the patient..
I hate their phone system. Give me back the one where I can put in numbers
I find Dawn and a gentleman named Ben very helpful and courteous. They are an asset to the store
